Phil Long Hyundai Motor City
Background
In 2025, AdPro combined an aggressive media strategy with facility upgrades including an expanded service department with additional service bays to help get customers in and out quickly to drive record-breaking sales performance across multiple months for Hyundai Motor City. The dealership also completed a remodel and celebrated with a well-attended Community Celebration Event on June 6, 2025, reinforcing its position as the #1 Hyundai Dealership in Southern Colorado for 12 years and running.
Target Audiences
The campaign focused on in-market Hyundai shoppers in southern Colorado, as well as custom messaging to reach new, certified pre-owned, as well a service department customers.


Media Approach
AdPro’s plan featured a mix of OTT/dynamic OTT, streaming audio, pre-roll, display and retargeting, SEM, SEO, demand generation, and paid and organic social to maintain a consistent presence throughout 2025.
From June through August, the media mix leaned heavily into connected OTT, digital, and added-value display, supported by social and search, to capture shoppers researching vehicles and service online. Additional emphasis was placed on service customers through streaming audio and service-focused offers.
Results Achieved
Hyundai Motor City achieved record-breaking sales in several months of 2025, highlighted by 274 sales in March, 279 in July, and 293 in August.
- From June to August, the campaign delivered approximately 1.53 million impressions and 22,096 conversions across streaming audio, CTV, display, and online video, for an overall conversion rate of 1.44%.
- Connected TV generated 846,442 impressions and 8,678 conversions, while display added 302,994 impressions and 9,353 conversions, accounting for 42% of total conversions — primarily as no-cost added value.
- Dynamic CTV and pre-roll retargeting together produced 879,225 impressions and 14,714 conversions, with an overall conversion rate of 1.67%, significantly strengthening the path from awareness to dealership site visits.
New Management & Brand Positioning
Under new management, Audi Colorado Springs introduced New GM, Wil Harold, emphasizing a luxury experience centered on elevated guest treatment, transparency, and premium showroom service. AdPro highlighted Will Harold’s focus on offering the luxury experience customers deserve across communications to signaling the dealership’s upscale positioning.
Community Engagement
Hyundai Motor City completed a comprehensive dealership remodel in 2025 as well, enhancing the customer experience and reinforcing the Hyundai’s modern, guest-focused positioning. The June 6, 2025, Community Celebration Event at the remodeled store was well attended and supported by ongoing social, video, and digital outreach. Promotion of Motor City’s participation in Hyundai’s Hope on Wheels event, supporting the fight against pediatric cancer and the Children’s Hospital Colorado Holiday Parade also helped to deepen local ties and support the dealership’s record sales months.
