With over 25 years of experience in marketing, communications, and business development, Gina brings a rare blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution that aligns perfectly with AdPro’s performance-driven approach. Since joining the team, she’s been focused on strengthening client partnerships, refining agency operations, and driving measurable growth across our service lines.

Gina’s background — including her role as Chief Communications Officer for Phil Long Dealerships — gives her deep experience in brand management, public relations, sponsorships, and enterprise-level marketing strategy. She’s known for turning creative ideas into results and building high-impact partnerships. Notable highlights from her career include playing a key role in Randy Gradishar’s Pro Football Hall of Fame induction in 2024 and coordinating statewide recognition for that achievement — examples of how she connects people and opportunity to deliver attention and outcomes.

Beyond the office, Gina brings authenticity and an adventurous spirit to everything she does. She hikes, cycles, travels, and volunteers, and serves on the Board of the Colorado Springs Leadership Institute and the Colorado Transportation Investment Office board for the Pikes Peak region. Fun fact: she’s hiked in Patagonia, sky-jumped in New Zealand, and rode wild horses in Costa Rica. Gina in three words: Authentic, Adventurous, Passionate.
