As President of AdPro, Gina sets the vision, steers the team, and ensures the agency is firing on all cylinders. With over 25 years of experience in marketing, communications, and business development, she’s an expert at turning ideas into results, building strategic partnerships, and creating programs that drive growth. Whether it’s leading company operations or cultivating client relationships, Gina thrives on combining big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.
Before joining AdPro, Gina served as Chief Communications Officer for Phil Long Dealerships, a role she continues to hold and has been instrumental in honing her skills in brand management, public relations, and sponsorships. Her career highlights include helping Randy Gradishar get inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2024 and working with Governor Polis to have May 3 proclaimed Randy Gradishar Day in Colorado — a testament to her knack for connecting the right people with the right opportunities.
When she’s not steering the ship at AdPro, Gina enjoys hiking, cycling, live music, traveling, volunteering, and spending time with her husband cats. She also serves on the Board of the Colorado Springs Leadership Institute and represents the Pikes Peak region on the Colorado Transportation Investment Office (CTIO) Board.

With 15 years in the industry, including time at Moroch Advertising managing McDonald’s accounts, she’s known for blending big-picture strategy with bold creative execution.
Her expertise spans scriptwriting, client relationship building, and data-driven strategy, fueled by a lifelong passion for marketing and advertising. Dani holds a degree in Business Marketing with a minor in Management from UCCS, where she served as President of Delta Sigma Pi. In 2025, she was honored with the prestigious 40 Under 40 award from the Southern Colorado Business Digest and Forum.
Dani thrives on the talent and energy of her AdPro team, cherishes working with great clients, and unwinds on Colorado trails as an avid mountain biker.

At AdPro, she leads and mentors the account service staff, oversees resource allocation, and ensures campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.
With expertise spanning automotive, higher education, casinos, tourism, and large-scale events, Kaitlin thrives in crafting campaigns that balance imagination with data-driven precision. She’s adept at media planning, brand positioning, and quality control, always keeping client objectives front and center.
Armed with a Business Administration degree and Finance minor from the University of Oregon (Go Ducks!), Kaitlin enjoys the variety and challenge of agency life. Off the clock, she’s embracing the magic (and chaos) of toddlerhood with her curious, adventure-loving kids.

As AdPro’s Integrated Media Director, Kimberly Way leads the traditional media, digital, web, and social teams. With over 40 years of experience, her career began with a college internship in 1983 and has included leadership roles at top agencies including Ackerman McQueen, Blakely + Co, and Vladimir Jones/PRACO, plus running her own company, Queen Llama. Kimberly is a master at blending traditional and digital strategies for maximum impact.
Her passion for advertising started in high school as DECA president, inspiring her BS in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin and leadership training at Cornell University. Kimberly has won the prestigious AAF Silver Medal award from the Colorado chapter.
She serves as Treasurer for Colorado AAF, sits on the SCWCC Programs Committee, and volunteers with the National Training Center Shooting Club. She loves client wins, her talented AdPro team, traveling with her husband, hiking, scrapbooking, and catching live concerts.

Jeremy’s 17-year marketing career began at FCB Chicago, where he wrote for brands like KFC, Kmart, Ace Hardware, and Nestlé. He later joined Secret Weapon Marketing in Los Angeles, helping create enduring campaigns for Jack in the Box and Southern California Honda Dealers. Today, he’s back in his native Colorado, leading award-winning work at AdPro.
He’s collected Tellys, ADDYs, and more — but his proudest moment? Singing a jingle into Frank Sinatra’s microphone. Outside of work, you’ll find him with his wife and three daughters, making music, cooking, exploring Colorado, and being way too emotionally invested in Liverpool FC.

As a third-generation Colorado Springs native and proud product of District 20 (Go Rampart!) and Pikes Peak State College, Andrew loves continuing to make an impact in his hometown. Isaiah’s digital marketing journey began his senior year of college at Colorado State Univeristy-Pueblo, when he discovered the field and dove in headfirst—sending out dozens of applications and applying to the same company five times until he finally got his shot. He spent five years there, rising from analyst to manager, winning “Values Person of the Year,” and mentoring a former direct report into a leadership role of her own. Earning his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing was another milestone he’s proud of, especially after turning around a rocky start to his college career.
Now at AdPro, Isaiah loves the team-first culture and the genuine camaraderie across departments. When he’s not building digital strategies, you’ll find him golfing, playing basketball, snowboarding, hitting the gym, writing poetry, or cheering on his Denver Nuggets.

AdPro is proud to welcome Jake Cowdrey to the team as our Web Developer & SEO Specialist. In his role, Jake is the primary architect for web solutions and SEO strategy across the Phil Long family of dealerships. He combines a meticulous eye for design, honed by his degree in Multimedia Graphic Design from Pikes Peak State College, with deep technical expertise to build and optimize digital experiences that drive results.
Jake truly mastered his craft during his tenure at Neon Pig Creative, where he cut his chops on complex projects and evolved into an expert-level developer. His commitment to the creative community is evident in his role as president of the Colorado Chapter of the American Advertising Federation, where he actively mentors fellow professionals. He brings a collaborative and strategic mindset to every challenge.
When he’s not deep in code or analytics, Jake takes full advantage of the Colorado outdoors. You can often find him playing a round of disc golf, camping with his family, or out on the water with his paddle board. Above all, his favorite adventures are those spent with his two wonderful children.

Before AdPro, he helped launch a startup in Southwest Kansas, creating a brand guide, operational procedures, and marketing strategies that fueled its growth. A certified pro in Adobe Illustrator, photography, and SEO, Mario has a passion for visual storytelling.
Outside work, he enjoys traveling with his wife and photographing new adventures, dreaming of one day capturing penguins in Antarctica.

Caleb Pugh
Caleb Pugh
Caleb expertly manages the automotive Co-op program for 11 auto manufacturers and 12 dealership locations statewide, overseeing more than $1.15 million in accrued funds year-to-date. With 3.5 years of experience, he’s detail-oriented and data-driven, breaking complex projects into clear, manageable goals while communicating seamlessly with teams and clients.
A double major in Marketing and Management from Concordia University Irvine, Caleb takes pride in helping clients fully utilize their Co-op funds, recently maximizing nearly $887K for a single dealership over two years.
Outside of the office, Caleb enjoys wakeboarding, hiking, kayaking, teaching himself piano, creating stained glass art, and experimenting with new recipes to delight his wife. He thrives in AdPro’s close-knit team, dedicated to client success.

Emily Gillispie
As an Account Coordinator at AdPro, Emily keeps projects on track and clients happy by managing timelines, coordinating teams, and ensuring every deliverable meets brand standards.
With expertise in streamlining workflows, managing complex projects, and fostering clear communication, she’s a master at turning moving parts into smooth operations. Emily also handles media trafficking for both traditional and digital assets, keeping campaigns running seamlessly.
Before joining AdPro, she earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a Marketing emphasis and worked as a florist, honing her eye for detail and creativity. She thrives on problem-solving in the fast-paced marketing world and loves that her team embraces curiosity and collaboration.
Outside work, Emily enjoys hiking, photography, and chasing adventures that deliver a good adrenaline rush.

Kim Wortley
Kim brings decades of advertising expertise to her role as Project Manager at AdPro, where she seamlessly juggles multiple responsibilities; everything from the front desk to assisting with creative projects, supporting the account services team, and reconciling invoices for the integrated media department.
Joining AdPro in 2024 after an impressive 38-year career at another agency. Kim thrives on building relationships and collaborating with a wide variety of people. Known as a true people person, she was recruited by a friend and quickly embraced AdPro’s close-knit, family-like culture.
With a career built on hands-on experience and hitting the ground running, Kim’s adaptability and dedication make her an invaluable part of the team. Outside the office, she enjoys hiking, connecting with nature, shopping, and decorating.

Jake Arriola
Jacob is an intern at AdPro, contributing to both the Account Services and Media departments. A recent graduate of the CU Boulder with a B.S. in Strategic Communications and a minor in Business, he’s excited to kick off his career in advertising.
His background includes social media management for Performance & Recovery Labs in Boulder and a focus on advertising strategy, equipping him to blend business insight with creative thinking to deliver campaigns that resonate. Jacob is passionate about helping businesses connect with customers in ways that bring real value to their communities.
He’s thriving in AdPro’s collaborative environment and enjoys working directly with clients. Outside the office, you’ll find him golfing, camping, or snowboarding.
